Mauritius Competition Rules.
- Sign a 120-day Authority to Sell with Homes of Distinction between 15 October 2019 and 15 January 2020 which shall be valid until transfer of the property
- All Seller's entered in the competition to be present at the Winner Draw at Homes of Distinction's offices on 22 January 2020. If a Seller is not physically able to be at the draw, a proxy is required giving the Seller's representative permission to be in attendance. No Homes of Distinction Agent will be able to hold that proxy
- Should the mandate be terminated for any reason the Seller will be withdrawn from the competition
- Prize to be taken up before 30 April 2020
- Prize excludes Easter holidays
- Includes flights & Accommodation up to R50 000.
